53 Easy Low Carb Snacks (Keto Snacks)

Summer is on the way and it’s the perfect time to slow things down and focus on your health and getting back into shape.  One of the best (and safest) diets on the planet is the Keto Diet.  It’s a diet that consists of high protein / low carb foods, helping you to loose weight quickly and build muscle as you work on getting fit.

As a Diabetic and Hashimoto’s sufferer, I find that this diet has more of the things I can eat, and it leaves me feeling much lighter and less bloated than other diets.  I also love that you can easily customize a low carb, keto diet to your own lifestyle or dietary needs.

If my body requires more carbs, calories or protein, I can easily adjust amounts to fit that day, week or month, based on my doctor’s instructions or any health issues I might be dealing with.

Below, I’m sharing some of my favorite low carb snack ideas.  My hope is that you’ll be able to find some things from this list that will fit your own diet.  All of the items here are easy to prepare and flavorful enough to keep you from snacking on things that might not be as healthy and nutritious.

As always, please take these suggestions with a grain of salt and only eat the foods that you and your doctor have decided are best for you and your weight loss or fitness journey. How often should you be weighing yourself? Don’t overdo, once a day is enough.
