Fruit At Your Door – Produce Delivery Service in the Rio Grande Valley!
We recently discovered a wonderful new produce delivery service in South Texas. Fruit At Your Door is a small, family-owned business that delivers vegetable and fruit crates to families across the Rio Grande Valley.
I heard about them over the weekend when I posted a message in a Facebook group asking if their was a company that delivered fresh produce in Harlingen.
They responded right away and brought over a beautiful crate of fruits and vegetables withing just a few hours. The crate cost us just $25 and it will filled with all kinds of wonderful surprises.
What’s in a Fruit At Your Door Crate?
Fruit At Your Door sells two different crates. The Standard crate and the Fruit crate. Below, I’ve shared a list of what’s inside of each crate.
Standard Crate ($25): Tomato, cabbage, carrots, potatoes, avocado, limes, jalapeños, garlic, squash, lettuce, pineapple, banana, cilantro, onion, green tomato, poblano, bell pepper, celery, oranges.
Fruit Crate: ($35) Watermelon, oranges, red apples, mangos, tangerines, papaya, cantaloupe, grapefruit, green apples, pineapple, cucumber, strawberries.
We started with the Standard crate so we could get a good mix of produce to use for the week. To see what we got and our full review, check out our video below.

Produce Delivery Service in the Rio Grande Valley
We were really impressed with the amount of produce and the quality. Almost every piece of produce was perfectly ripened. Especially the avocados, which many people overlook. We were able to make several meals from all of the produce and still have lots left over to create meal ideas from. One of the dishes we created from the produce we purchased from Fruit At Your Door was our delicious chicken tacos recipe! Click the link at the bottom of this post for the recipe!
How Can I Order from Fruit At Your Door?
We ordered our crate on the Fruit At Your Door Facebook page.
You can find their page here: https://www.facebook.com/FATD25/
Just send them a quick message to order your crate. They deliver all over the Rio Grand Valley, so if you’re here in South Texas, you’ll have the privilege of testing out this service for yourself! We love it and we hope you will too!
