Today’s Instagram Wednesday post is about GETTING FIT. This has been inspired by my own health journey over the past month or so, as I’ve been trying to eat healthier. One of the things I’ve done during this time is replace my breakfasts with a protein shake and my lunch with a light snack plate. Below is a snap shot of one of my lunches. :)
