Why ALL Americans Should Celebrate Hispanic Heritage

Today I’m guest posting on BlogHer and I would love for you to stop over and read my post about the importance of celebrating Bicultural identity and Hispanic Heritage Month.  This is a month that ALL Americans should be celebrating and I hope that you will join me by reading Latino Lit, attending a local festival or a Mass or church service in Spanish.

There are lots of things that you can do to celebrate, but above all, it’s important for ALL our children to realize the contributions of Latinos to American culture…because Hispanic Heritage IS American Heritage.
