Mangonada Ice Cream Float

The Mangonada Ice Cream Float combines creamy mango gelato and mango soda, topped with fresh mango chunks and pica. It's a mix of sweet, tart and spicy all wrapped up into one!

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle mango soda or club soda
  • 2 scoops mango flavored ice cream, sorbet or gelato
  • 1/4 cup fresh mango chunks
  • 1 tamarindo candy stick
  • Tajín, pica, chamoy or other toppings (to taste)

Instructions

  • Add 2 scoops of mango flavored ice cream to a large glass.
  • Pour in 1/2 to 1 full bottle of soda.
  • Gently mix with a sundae spoon or tamarindo straw.
  • Top with your favorite toppings, like chamoy, pica, Tajín and fresh mango chunks.
